When I was first getting SuperJam off the ground, I had a really hard time getting the packaging right. I wrote to the guys behind Innocent; a brand that i've found very inspiring, and they gave me some great advice.
I love Innocent's packaging; the way they talk to you as if you're a real person and the humour they use. When I met them I was about 17 and their business was heading for the moon; they were still willing to spend some time with me and share some of the things they'd learned.
Probably the best piece of advice they gave was that a brand should just have one message that it's trying to get across and put all of its effort into telling it.
