I recently had the pleasure of a few days in 'the Old country'. I was there for an interview on NewsTalk, one of the major Irish radio stations and also to meet with some of the people who're helping to bring SuperJam to the good people of Ireland (we're already on sale in SuperQuinn!).
As well as meeting some exciting local entrepreneurs, like the folks behind Kookie Dough (on sale in Waitrose!), I got to share my story at The Mansion House (where the mayor lives). My story seems to go down very well in Ireland (because my Gran is from Donegal, SuperJam has already been claimed as an 'Irish recipe' by the press), and my talk got some laughs; although I do think the fresh Guinness being served up for free from the Mayor's in-house bar helped!
Afterwards, we went for some more Guinness at the Brazen Head, the oldest pub in Ireland; of course, there were people making folk music..
