James Brown: Emerging Entrepreneur of The Year.

Posted on June 21, 2014 by Fraser Doherty

James Brown, the founder and CEO of Beer52 was awarded BQ magazine's Scottish Emerging Entrepreneur Award, an amazing honour for a business that James and I started just 7 months ago with a piece of paper.  Since then, more than 14,000 people have signed up to join our craft beer club, making it by far the largest craft beer club in the world.

We've raised more than £200,000 in investment from around 20 other investors who believe in our dream of bringing craft beer to the mainstream.  We want to help people discover some of the 12,000 craft breweries that have sprung up around the world in the past decade.  These are experimental, adventurous and sometimes eccentric people who make amazing beers, sometimes being just two-man-bands operating out of tiny sheds.

You can check it out at www.beer52.com - get £10 to spend on discovering some of these amazing craft beers with the code "FRASER".
